We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was superb—cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The cleaning staff were attentive and very kind, ensuring the room was spotless every day and ensured that we always had enough water bottles and towels in the room. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating in every situation. A special thanks to 佳佳 and 小慧 for their exceptional service. The breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of options and something for everyone. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Longde Road（隆德路）Metro Station, making it easy to reach the city center and various attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This Holiday Inn Express is located in Putuo, Shanghai which is in a quiet suburb of the City. The property was tired and the rooms needed TLC but it was cleaned well by the lady who carried out the task of room servlsing. I can't winge about the poor physical condition because the team of staff over compensated that by simply doing a fine jobs working in the tough Hospitality Industry. Usually the impression guests would get from checking-in is an emotionless greeting and they would be expected to fend for themselves with regards to getting any sort of an experience from their stay. Then there were Lilie and Jack at the front desk of this particular property. They simply went the extra mile to ensure that we were OK. It's unusual and I figured this needed highlighting. Maybe they were the typical examples of the changing attitudes within the industry or that I was just lucky to have them around helping to make our stay pleasant by being helpful. This attitude should be more common in this industry. Too bad that it isn't. Nice 5 star stay.

The best choice! The kindness, helpfullness and resilience of the receptionist, Lucia exemplary. We rarely found such a good hospitality like here. We asked anything, we got immadiately What We needed. She had idea any of our special questions. The hotel is clear, our room was tight and comfotable. Room service was perfect every day. Breakfast was tasty and Lucia is the heart of the hotel. Thanks for all the crew, that they made unforgettable these few days what We spent here. We offer to anybody with warm of our heart.

Excellent location near by the metro station lines11 and 13 Lily,Luca,Dino and Leo are the fantastic staff working on the front desk.They are very helpful and they'll give their best to help you in every single moment.They are the true treasure of this hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful, staff jiajia helped us with all our big group restaurant bookings and staff leo with car arrangements and the night staff was also very helpful when some rooms needed changing. It is a 600m walk from the metro which is very convenient and the rooms and facilities are kept clean! We were a group of 20 people and it was very convenient for all of us!

My experience of stay in Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Putuo from 8 to 11 July 24 was excellent. It's location and services were very well. Just 5 minutes from Longde Metro station make it very nice place. Breakfast buffet was very good with variety of choices. I had twin bed room facing Sozhu creek was very comfortable with excellent outside view, I really enjoyed my stay there. Thanks to all at service in Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Putuo.

Hotel's staff was always discreet, available and helpful when needed. Room was quiet and clean. Location is relatively close to subway station.

It was a very good place to stay, walking distance from the subway. The breakfast was also a great life saver, usually very good and also very good in quantity. The staff doesn't speak english but they do their best to help out.

Good value for money with great metro links near by. Peaceful setting by the river. Great to walk any time of the day. Nice shopping centre about a 10-min walk with plenty to eat and drink.
